We kindly ask that you use this e-mail address and subject line so that we may keep track of support requests. This helps keep the CFRPM team accountable for providing assistance to you and providing assistance in a timely and organized fashion.
Why can't I reach out directly to FDOT?[edit]
Because FDOT staff may be tied up with other projects or out of the office, FDOT consultants often provide technical support assistance. If an e-mail is sent to the FDOT staff, they may not be able to respond in a timely manner. That is why the support@cfrpm.org address was created. It automatically forwards to the FDOT staff e-mail, as well as multiple consultants. This way, there is an adequate number of people informed about the support request, and can respond immediately to it.
Customer service is extremely important to the CFRPM team, and we want to make sure your support requests are processed timely. We know that your time is valuable, and we want to provide the best service possible to you.
